Parent Permission for County Library Card for Students

By completing this information below, you agree to share your student’s information with the Shenandoah County Library System in order to set up an online access account for downloadable content, and online resources. Click on the link to see what online resources are available - Students will not be able to check out physical items with their online access accounts. The Shenandoah County Library and/or Shenandoah County Public Schools will contact you once the account is established, and students can also access their account information via the single sign-on portal.
